20-09-2008 - Ta Mère recorded five tracks at the Brickhouse. They are now available on Myspace.
16-08-2008 - The Trojans are going on tour in Japan with legendary tombonist Rico Rodriguez for a series of major concerts in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka. The Trojans will play before the Skatalites in 5000+ capacity venues.

30-06-2008 - Ta Mère & The Trojans performed together 7 gigs at Glastonbury 2008 (Shangri-La, Acoustic stage area, Circusfield Greenroom, and a BBC radio show live). Not much mud for once but all the rest as usual.
21-06-2008 - Ta Mère made a massive impression headlining at the Channel 4 London Food Festival. Sorry but you missed it and the food was great!
23-05-2008 - Ta Mère rocked Ginglik for the 6th anniversary of the venue. Trojan's drummer Rick Baxendale talked his way in and performed the whole gig as a guest. It was rather wild so the band kept him to become a quartet. |
