Debut album from the British "Ska
Supergroup" Skaville UK including former members of 2-Tone
heroes Bad Manners and The Selecter.
Members include Grammy winner and singer/songwiter
Nick Welsh (vocals/bass) and drummer Al Fletcher who have
played and produced acts like The Selecter, Pince Buster,
Dave Barker, Laurel Aitken, Judge Dread, Rico Rodriguez, Bad
Manners King Hammond, Big 5 and Lee "Scratch" Perry.
Skaville UK also includes guitarist Louis
Alphonso and Martin Stewart (keyboards) both members of the
original line up of Bad Manners who co-wrote hits like "Lip
Up Fatty", "Special Brew", "Lorraine"
"Wallking In The Sunshine" and "Just A Feeling"
Unique modern 2-Tone sound with more than
a dash of 1970's UK Glam Rock thrown in for good measure!
Also features guest appearances from Rhoda
Dakar (Ex-Bodysnatchers and Special AKA) and Jenny Matthias
