After the success of Ska Stars of The 80's, Gaz's Rockin Records decided to release another volume of material from the label with the better stable during the late 1990's, & Ska Stars of The 90's was released to much applauding from ska fans & music journalists all over the globe.

Mightier than an Earth sized comet, this compilation features ska greats like Prince Buster, Laurel Aitken, Rico Rodriguez, Jennie Bellestar & The Trojans. The hand of Gaz also reached out to global ska stars Hepcat & The Dreamlets to appear on this album, and it is no wonder that the cd sold out its first pressing in 1998 making it another hit release for Gaz's Rockin Records.
